Repotting
Lemongrass does not require frequent repotting, repot the plant in spring once the roots are visible over the topsoil (once in two years) in a rich but well-draining soil.
Propogation
Lemongrass can be propagated via division. Each leaf fan is attached to bulb like base, simply separate the bulbs and plant it in different pots. At least 5-6 bulbs in a single pot is a safe route to go.
